Cruise Day 3

Well i dont know what has gone wrong! Weighed in at 78.4kgs this morning thats up another 200gms, i have follwed the diet religiously so far so i feel a bit wronged putting more weight on.
Normall i would give up but i am going to perservere and not weigh myself until sunday morning to see if this is just water retention.
I must be honest i didnt go to the gym this morning but i do plan on going for a walk this afternoon just to get out. I had a pure protein day yesterday and the only new thing i had was the jelly which is sugarfree and allowed.
Today is PV so had an egg for breakfast, san choy boy for lunch and am attempting paprika chicken tonight. Oat bran will be in the chicken at this stage.
I did have a coffee yesterday from works coffee machine that could have been it so i am not having one today as much as i want to.
Well fingers crossed the scales are nice to me on Sunday morning and i would have lost around a kilo and all this 200gm gains are just water.
I must admit i was very tempted to try the new chicken burger from McDonalds yesterday but managed to turn myself away and i did drive past 3 maccas. I am showing real will power and i am so happy with myself, the weight gains have just got me down a bit. Need a loss i want to be at least 77 by December which is possible if this starts working.
By xmas i am aiming to be 75 which is definately possible if i lose a kilo a week which is what this diet states can happen.

Cruise Day 2

So i am down to 78.3kgs.
Was 78.1kgs yesterday so today was my first small gain.
I am not too disappointed as yesterday was my first day adding vegetables and salad to my diet, It was lovely to add these too my diet for a change.
I didnt mind the attack phase as there is a lot of variety if you use your imagination and the spices and herbs. I added garlic and chilli to nearly everything i had.
I had a ham salad for lunch and vegetable chow mein for dinner. I didnt think it was that bad but guess the busy is just getting used to the change.
I couldnt get to the gym for 5 days due to me being sick that could also have something to do with the small weight gain but i was back there this morning, and have my personal trainer tomorrow afternoon to inflct pain on me.
Today is pure protein and i had two eggs on grilled ham  for breakfast
Lunch is garlic prawns
Dinner will be chilli con carne without beans and rice but i will cope. Thank Mr Dukan for letting us have spices :)

I also have sugarfree jelly as a snack today. Its a real treat to know i can have jelly if i want a treat. Havent had jelly for years so looking forward to my 3.30 snack today.

So the cruise is on. No alcohol and no crap food for 7 days today, so proud of myself. Only 93 days to go :)

Attack Day 2

Well here i go on another diet. But i am committed to make this one work.
I have already lost 1.2kgs. Started at 81.9kgs and am down to 80.7kgs, hope to keep this up for a few days.
I think i will do 5-7 days of Attack and then move on to Cruise.

I have had no problem finding foods to eat, just missing condiments. Guess thanks to herbs, spices, onions and garlic.

Having eggs/omlettes for breakfast
then mixing it up for lunch and dinner.
Going out tomorrow night and its everyone bring a plate so i am going to make attack phase chicken nuggets. That way i can eat as many as i like and keep away from the junk.
